Women in Urbanism Aotearoa (WiUA) has published updated rules, developed through a thoughtful review and internal committee consultation process. These changes aim to strengthen the organisational wellbeing of WiUA and set us up with solid foundations for the future.
Key updates include:
Expanding the size of our committee to increase capacity and better support our growing advocacy work,
Introducing a formal committee resignation process to ensure continuity and stability,
Ensuring core committee roles are assigned to people with a minimum of three months’ experience on the committee.
We warmly welcome feedback from our members before 31 July. Your voice is vital in shaping a more resilient, inclusive, and effective organisation.
